These are the first pictures that I've taken since I arrived in Haiti! We had a ton of kids on campus here at Nehemiah Vision Ministries over the weekend....so much fun and they LOVE getting their picture taken.

January 18, 2012 : Day 2
Greetings, from Haiti!
I arrived at the Port-au-Prince airport safely Monday (1/16) morning around noon. I had no problems my flight from Raleigh to Miami and flight from Miami to PAP. It was great to finally see and meet Brandon Hutchens (NVM Team Coordinator), after first talking to him several months ago in the early stages of preparing for my internship. It felt incredible to finally be back here in Haiti. Today was my second, FULL day here at Nehemiah Vision Ministries. The staff here is awesome...very excited to spend the next 6 working here with all of them! This will be a short post...just letting everyone know that I have arrived here at NVM!
"Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me. For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will save it. What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit their very self?" Luke 9: 23-25
